Can’t focus? Want to reduce stress? Let’s join our group to do meditation together.
Project Details
To improve focus, reduce stress, balance emotional, boost productivity, create a habit of mindfulness before ending the workday through a campaign call “5minBeforeYouGo”. We will encourage the participants to do meditation by giving the information about benefits, instruction and video. Then we will collect feedback and personal logs each week.
